Sofina Khan
I attended the University of Leicester where I read an Economics BSc. Hons degree. I also read an MSc in Applied Computing Technology from Middlesex University, North London.
I embarked on a succesful career in Information Technology, with some of the UK's leading companies, including, Digital Capital Markets, Lloyds Register of Shipping, CitiBank, Marks and Spencer Head Office (IT) Bayerische Landesbank and City and Guilds.
I then got married and I have two children. My son is on the Autistic Spectrum and provides me with a challenging and demanding life. This can take a lot out of anyone and as many parents of an Autistic or a special needs child can tell you.
